Consider asking for a room not facing the street to avoid noise. The hotel is well-maintained and has a helpful staff.

The location is a standout, just a two-minute walk from Robinson Mall, which offers a feast of shops and dining options. The executive and junior suites are clean, spacious, and let in plenty of light, making for a comfortable retreat after a long day.
However, my experience was marred by some issues. The carpet cleanliness left much to be desired, reminiscent of the old Wookiee freighter my buddy Chewbacca often flies. The mattress is tougher than a Gamorrean guard—a solid slab that left me waking up with aches, definitely not ideal for a restful night. Plus, the breakfast options felt limited, lacking variety and excitement.

The Premier Double Room was cozy, and I loved the late-night swim in the pool. it was so relaxing! The hotel provided an amazing massage service that really helped me unwind after a long day of sightseeing. Only downside was the occasional noise from renovations, which was a bit annoying, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience. 😊

A one-night stay was smooth and comfortable, highlighted by the friendly staff and a well-appointed Premier Double Room. The hot water in the shower worked perfectly, enhancing my overall experience. The food offered was impressive, especially the Spanish dishes which were a delightful surprise. However, the initial mix-up with room requests was inconvenient, and even though the rooms appear well-maintained, some amenities could have been upgraded further. A quiet atmosphere made it enjoyable, yet it would benefit from clearer communication during check-in.
